This looks to be stock promo language (and missing the presentation it references) -- so a very close cousin to spam. I moved it here because the company does seem to make a code-reading/reset tool for Porsches, so figured it might be relevant for some....

Tom, it is spam, this user/account created an account on several other forums, posting a similar message. They make Chinese knock off version of the PIWIS system.
