Hello everyone,

I’ve been lurking in the background for quite a while and really enjoying all the great posts and information shared on this forum. I figured it’s about time for my first contribution and to give something back to the community.

I designed jack pad adapters for the Macan, and I’m sharing two versions here.
I’ve been using the 5 mm version on my 2017 Macan GTS several times now and it works great. However, I realized that having a little more clearance to the chassis would be nice, so I created a 15 mm version as well. That one is currently being printed and not yet tested.

My final parts are printed in TPU 95A HF, but my initial prototype was printed in PETG — and surprisingly, it worked perfectly and held up for multiple uses.

Print settings for TPU 95A HF:
  • Top & Bottom Layers: 7
  • Walls/Perimeters: 6
  • Infill: 90%

Awesome. I'll print one for sport when I get a chance. In the meantime, feel free to post the STL's in the dedicated 3D-print file forum too, since that's where users and search engines often look for STLs here! Thanks for sharing!!
