I’m not usually one to boast about Porsche dealerships or any car dealerships. I’ve been driving German cars for over 45 years and my dealership experience has usually been poor to average. I purchased my 2022 Cayman GTS at a nearby dealership in November of 2021. I wasn’t satisfied with the service and last year I moved over to Porsche of Woodland Hills in the Los Angeles area.
Porsche of Woodland Hills (PWH) is a brand new Gen 5 facility. It takes up an entire city block with 34 service bays, a classic car service section, a huge lounge area, etc. In addition, the service is outstanding. During my two year service, the service advisor provided several updates and the job was completed before the promised time. A few months ago, I brought my car in for an annoying, intermittent noise that seemed to come from the steering rack area. Upon arrival, my service advisor summoned the shop foreman who went with me on a test drive. He was able to confirm the noise and tracked it down to the gas tank occasionally touching the car’s body. After two days and over 10 hours of labor, the foreman was able to place a felt pad between the gas tank and the chassis that totally eliminated the noise.
PWH is so cool that I occasionally stop by to look at new cars, chit chat with the nice sales and service staff, drink gourmet coffee and eat their freshly baked pastries. Life is good!
If you have a dealership that you are very fond of, please post your experience in this forum. Hopefully there are many Carpokeans who have found their Porsche oasis.

Great post Larry!
Far too many excellent dealerships (of many makes) often get overlooked and unfairly lumped into the same barrel of the truly bad ones, of which there are still too many, unfortunately.
But it's great to point out and give credit to the good ones, so I'll do the same by adding the exceptional Porsche of Nashville to the list. It's a facility that I love to visit and one always willing to go the extra mile.

I’ve had a very good experience with Porsche grapevine. I’ve nothing but good things to say to them. The dealership opened right before COVID and they are already a premier dealer so they are doing something right.

I have to mention Princeton Porsche of New Jersey, otherwise known as Oemluxuryparts.com. These guys are very often the cheapest source of real porsche parts, and their customer service is outstanding!

Until recently, I would have given a big shout-out to Porsche Fremont. I bought my first new Porsche there (great sales guy at the time, RIP Vinnie
) and the service team is the best I've ever experienced. The first time they wow'd me was when they couldn't replicate various rattles and creaks in my decked-out 991 Turbo S. I figured it would be a typical "can't replicate noise" brush off, but boy was I wrong. Instead, they sent a tech to my house on a Saturday, who spend an hour and a half riding around in the back seat tracking down creaks and rattles. And they didn't know me from Adam at the time. The service manager, Gunter Feldmeier, turned out to be 'the' service guy in the area with a big following among Porsche diehards. The tech, Cory Burkhart, turned out to be their ace and a leading Carrera GT mechanic. Another time, I blew out a tire on my 992 and needed to be flat-bedded to the dealer from the coast. Corey stayed late on a Friday to keep the gates open so he could put it in his bay rather than let it sit outside all weekend. Seriously great guys to work with. So much so, that when Fremont mishandled (my opinion, my words) a medical leave, both Gunter and Cory opted to head-up the service dept at the new Porsche San Francisco (a ridiculously lavish building in downtown SF). So, I ended up following those two to Porsche SF and, if anything, the experience is better still. It's 50 miles from my house, but worth every mile.

Can you avoid the streets of SF on your way to the dealer?Tom wrote: Fri Aug 09, 2024 1:32 pm Until recently, I would have given a big shout-out to Porsche Fremont. Spoken like a person who has been there! It can be a real challenge driving in SF. Fortunately, Porsche SF is about 1100 feet from the nearest highway exit, per google maps anyway.Larry C wrote: Fri Aug 09, 2024 2:02 pmCan you avoid the streets of SF on you way to the dealer?Tom wrote: Fri Aug 09, 2024 1:32 pm Until recently, I would have given a big shout-out to Porsche Fremont. I'm looking for recommendations on the best sales rep(s) to deal with at Porsche Colorado Springs. I liked working with Bill Kaminski - appreciated his laid-back style - but he's moved on. Input welcome - thanks in advance.
