Pictures of the Brand New Porsche Store in the Land of Cornfields!

The Great Plains Region of PCA helped shuttle cars from the old and quite small store around Midtown Omaha to the quite large and unique new building out on the Western outskirts of the city. Of course, nice all week, but the minute you want to move gorgeous Churman Flatten Six Beasties das weather ist kaput --- drizzle, hazy, wet and cool. I did get some good pics of the interior, though I won't post them all, but I was down there again on Monday so I did get some outside pictures in the sunlight. What makes the Store so incredibly cool, in my mind, is that the new vehicles and some of the used are all stored underneath the building in the subterranean Porsche Garage! The shop is almost 3 times as big, the allocation for cars will rise a bit, the Porsche accessories have an even bigger selection, and the inside is light and airy though it thankfully primarily faces the morning sun. Hope you enjoy and if anyone has any questions or would like to know who to talk to, I worked for the parent company for 27 years before retiring and I can give you tips on plenty of items. Enjoy!

Very nice facility!!

I need that underground garage for personal use, full of Porsheeees, all paid for, along with a qualified caretaker/mechanic/genius/fabricator/acquisition master/jack-of-all-trades/etc. individual to take care of all the beasts so that I could just enjoy the sunset driving the cars! (Need a huge bank account, buried treasure map, patron saint, dowry - something to fund it all. Forgot about that small item...)

The garage is insane with a fairly long drive and then around 50 more feet underground before the big garage door. It has the feel of a government secured bunker , except with the truly valuable things humans like us need to survive , happily, ha,ha! The Dealership is hosting a breakfast for the local PCA Region and I am going to suggest they do it subterranean -- " Breakfast in the Basement ! "

PS - Pics of the service area is just the East half, there are an equal number of lifts to the West.

The service area looks top notch. If your pic is half, then that would be 10 lifts. It's bright, open, and airy too - the windows are a great addition in that respect.
