2006 Cayman S - window "indexing" problem

"Indexing" meaning the way the window goes down half an inch when you open the door.

On the driver side only, when I open the door from the outside, the window goes down the half inch, but then pops right back up when I release the handle. If I tap the door back near the closed position without actually closing it, the window goes back down the half inch again and stays there.

Operates fine when I open the door from the inside - no issue at all. Passenger side is fine too.

Anyone know which part I need? Regulator?

Also, the driver side door does not sound too solid when I close it... rattles a little, more than the passenger side I think. Maybe its just normal for a 16 year old car, but I'd like to get it tightened up if possible.
