Good question, so I just tried and it said my vote had been cast (without incrementing the counter).

I say the voting was a bit linked to the Porsche brand?

It's $46 per year for membership. Why would I not join? The membership includes the quarterly magazine which is really good these days.

I don't get it?

I buy what I can when my number comes up. It can be due a PCA or a local dealer allocation.

To join the local chapter (Nord Stern) in my case, so you have to join PCA.. the magazine’s make it worth every penny
I’d keep the subscription going if I wasn’t into cars
Current Porsche’s

2012 Carrera S 997.2- ruby red, PDK,
BBS, PSS9’s, Gundo-hack…the keeper!!

Both sold:
2010 GT3 (base model)
2008 Cayman CRS 3.8

I have been off and on since ‘95. With some extra time on my hands during the lockdowns I joined again and I appreciate the Magazine and the events. I’m also a 356 Registry member since ‘95, and in that era I sometimes felt slightly shunned by PCA members and events (including my neighbor at the time and his ‘84 Turbo Targa)—no more is that the case and I am often waived to premier parking spots at PCA events.
