Already hammered and formed the shield to help clear. Next up now that it's tacked is to re-install the booster shield and make sure we're still good.

Where did you source the flanges - or did you cut them out yourself?

I guess send-cut-send'll do 0.5" mild steel :)

edit: also, pm'd about the 2.75" one...

I CAD designed and had them water jet cut in stainless along with copper gaskets. Most of the flanges I found were 2.5 opening. I needed larger for my voodoo turbo outlet
