Your project sounds like a MoTec deal to me.gruhsy wrote: Thu Dec 08, 2022 1:36 pmGood to know that thanks. I was on their site a few weeks ago. Can’t remember the specifics of each one without going back to the website.SirLapsalot wrote: Thu Dec 08, 2022 7:10 amRe-Engine Management, Link just released a teaser for their new line. Yet to be determined on that.
For my setup it will be dual scroll turbo for sure
Mine will have a different intercooler with my unique sprayer setup.
Turbo will be determined closer to completion as there seems to be new stuff available every so often
Engine management will likely be Link from Chris White….unless he has something different at the time.
Exhaust will be Unobtainium fabrication

I run their G4X and think it’s quite possibly the best product out there for the money.
Too many things to remember.
I will hopefully be able to get the single ATPower throttle unit working with my new Ftech9 DME OBD2 combo.
I will weld an adapter to a stock intake and fab up the other 8V plenum pieces I have.
Lots of little projects.

Lots of little projects.I have an unused Link Extreme G4 (not +) and 951 harness if that's of any interest.
I do like those M&W coils
Huge progress yesterday.
Payed off line of credit.
Now it’s only going to be a short time to have the money saved for the throttle bodies and main engine bearings

More project progress.
This is a friends engine that needs fixing.
I have to clean the hell out of it as it’s the dirtiest engine I have come across.
Not opening it up until it’s cleaned.

Had to buy a carbon steel ready rod extension.
Waiting on coupler to joint to my slide hammer attachment to the rod.
This OTC M8 x 1.25 is too fat to be able to thread into the clutch fork shaft pin.
Heads up to anyone ordering an attachment for slide hammer.
You need one with more thread length.
This is my work around.
I couldn’t find a longer M8 attachment.

Jason,
Just a reminder to change the short side on the intake manifold to a more gentle radius. Here's a drawing that shows the altered radius drawn in with a pen:

For sure
I spoke with Joe and change is already made to scan.
They are getting another new machine and he wants to try make it with that.
There will be a bit of a delay however.
Very sadly Joe’s son just before his 5th birthday was diagnosed with Leukemia.
The focus for him the next few months will of course be on his son as he isn’t at the shop.
