I use C.A.R.S international which is door to door via a ship to Rotterdam and a closed truck to destination. They pick up at my house in Toronto and deliver to my hotel wherever I choose, typically in Germany. They handle all paperwork At customs etc and transit insurance. They do not do road insurance so I did that through my broker.

Just impossible to get track insurance though so no answer there. However if you do a factory delivery you normally have track insurance.

There are many much cheaper alternatives if you want to go port to port and get you vehicle there. I used Maersk to do that one time.
