When I had my NA I purchased brake pads that were supposed to give off less brake dust which was supposed to help with keeping your wheels clean. They were horrible, had no bite at all. Had a shop bleed the brakes because I thought I hadn’t bled them correctly. Same thing. Pedal just felt soft, at least that was my perception.

All that to say, check the pads.

Lacking "bite." That is the problem. What all do you recommend for best "bite?"

OE pads have always been my go-to for initial bite. Im a fan of brake dust. It gives the car character....

The consensus appears to be that dot3 was the culprit.

Good grief. 'Chillin' with Chet' is an idiot and, whether intended or not, the video should be a wise warning to others. The dude is lucky to be alive - the comments in the R&T article point out his idiocy quite well, way beyond the bone-headed brake fluid oversight.

The video reveals the scary results of being stupid. He's also lucky the Plaid didn't catch on fire.

Thanks for posting that.
Let alone being on the track with zero safety gear!!!

No kidding. There are a good number of "what's wrong with this picture" elements to this guy's stupidity.
