Temp sensor on the head, about as far from the oil cooler as you can get

Ok, this cannot be compared with the temp in the sump which I think is more relevant as it is where oil will be the hottest, as that is at the end of the lubrication loop. I only get my readings from the sump plug.

I forgot to mention I sat in the car with the laptop logging while I waited for the noise to start, it kicked in while the oil pressure was 4.3 bar in the motor and 4.1bar in the head so it not pressure related as I first thought.

It's there but very quiet, my phone didn't pick it up well. Its actually louder in the car TBH
