Hey everyone, I have 2 issues currently going on with my odometer. The first is that my odometer doesn’t work, but it’s not due to a broken gear. The gear seems to slip out of place, causing it to not mesh with the worm gear. When I first tried to remedy this issue, I noticed there was a gap on the other side of the shaft the gear sits on. Moving the shaft back in place the gear meshed nicely. However after a couple miles the shaft slipped back out of place. Is there some kind of spacer I’m missing to keep the gear from slipping off? The second issue is my trip meter doesn’t mesh properly. When I go to reset my trip meter, hundreds place doesn’t line back up properly. How do fix this? Images attached

So I figured out for the trip meter to realign properly I need to release the button super slowly. Glad for that to be resolved, but I’m still hung up about how to fix my odometer gear.
