Cars Gone for 2026

Most of the cars on the list seem about right to me, although the A4 is curious. Killing the 718 at the peak of its popularity seems like a Harvard Business case waiting to happen. Hopefully, they'll come up with another 'car that saved Porsche' like the 944 and Boxster did in prior decades.

Funny how Porsche keeps making bigger, more powerful, more luxurious cars, yet the 'back to basics' cars tend to pull them out of the ashes...

So very, very true.

What's perplexing is why they never seem to learn. Get back to basics Porsche and work from there.

I think some at Porsche have Ferrari envy. But Ferrari only builds about 13k cars a year. And that's not enough to feed Porsche's systems
