Anti-buffeting Wing

I started working on an anti-buffeting winglet for the 992. It's 3D-printed (of course) and sticks on with 3M double stick tape. Still have some edits to get it to fit better, and need to test it, but thought I'd share in the meantime.

@Tom Count me in for a pair when finalized. From the cursory research I have done, with no firsthand experience, it seems that the winglets with the longer extensions are the most effective. But, what do I know. It is only what I have read.

For example, these winglets get excellent reviews for totally eliminating the wind buffeting:

Thanks guys. Still working through the design, and happy to take input. I saw the blackmill ones and didn't like the look myself, but I was planning to use the same 3M tape they did, rather than having to pull trim off the inside of the car. That little black triangular piece on the inside of the 992 is not the easiest to get back in without breaking. The dealer actually broke mine when they changed the rattling speaker grill, so I thought there was something appealing about a winglet that doesn't require any disassembly...

What would you all think of something like this? I can make it stick out more if needed to quiet the buffeting, but I'm just playing with basic ideas for now... Trying to keep it tidy but still stick-on...

Will this tidier miniwing version have enough stick-on surface area to withstand the wind force being applied to the winglet? From the research I have done I do believe that you will need to make the winglet stick out more to eliminate the buffeting. If you do, that will apply even more pressure on the winglet and the stick on surface area. I fear over time, and at higher speeds (especially on the track) the adhesion on the smaller surface area could weaken and eventually fail.

This design is tidier but, also looks more like a stuck-on aftermarket product. Your original design looks more oem and has the additional advantage of a larger stick-on surface area. Just my opinion.

FYI - I posted "Baby Pics" in the GT3 forum yesterday. It's getting closer.
