Next 992 Dilema

Hi everyone.
I currently have a 2020 C2S Cab and looking to upgrade to a higher trim 911. Also, I bought the 2020 C2S Cab used from dealer so looking to get my very "own" configured 911 that I will plan to keep for a few years.
I have a dilemma though and definitely interested in perspectives that others might have. I live in the US and have 3 dealers close to me and have a good relationship with one as I bought / sold 3 Porsche already and they want me to come back for future cars.
I am hesitating between a GTS, GT3 and Turbo S. I'm also unsure if there are any special models or other trims you may know of that may be coming out. I'm also very interested in what might come out in the 992.2.
Options:
1. GTS: I should get a RWD GTS allocation at MSRP confirmed in a few months (either cab or coupe). I would likely spec this one as a GT3-like with carbon seats. I'm thinking perhaps installing a techart or other nice wing, carbon fiber bonnet and take it to the track.
2. GT3: Wait 2+ years for market to come down a bit or maybe if my comp goes up a bit to pay the insane markups. This would be my dream car but seems impossible to get.
3. Turbo S: Conflicted about whether a AWD will give me the same excitement as RWD. It also feels like the GTS may handle better than the Turbo S. Dealer said I should be able to get one at MSRP or slightly over in late 2023 / early 2024, which would line up with the 992.2 update.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or perspectives from driving these cars!
FYI I haven't actually driven any of these. I will drive the Turbo S and GT3 later with the Porsche experience. That should help my decision.
