I've whittled my last golf tee. Here is a 3D-Print file (.stl) for a small key for the Fuel Quality Switch (FQS) on the 944 and 3.2 Carreras. Small screwdrivers work too, or allen keys, but they all tend to strip out the plastic switch. This one may be a tough thing to print on a standard FDM printer, but I intentionally made it thin enough to mail in a business envelope if any active Carpokeans want one.

You need at least one post on Carpokes to see and download files.

Very nice! My golf tee is getting pretty worn. I don't have a 3D printer, but would be happy to pay if someone could produce one.

PM your address, happy to send you one. I made them to fit in a regular envelope, so I 'should' be able to send them for the price of a first class stamp (whatever that is these days.....).

What would be the suggested material to print this in?

On an FDM printer, anything with CF or glass fiber would probably be best. I did a run of them in a very hard glass-fiber resin and I 'think' they would fit/survive a regular envelope to Belgium (no customs, nor parcel costs, etc.). If you want me to try sending one that way, just PM me your mailing address.
