Anyone else bothered by the reflections in the rear glass or in the windshield from the chrome on the center console?

Yes - its annoying. You can get replacement parts that are painted black.

Both the 13 Boxster and the 22 Macan have the problem ....so for the EDD Macan an $80,000 + car I should spend a few K more because Porsche SCREWED UP?
I LOVE Porsches, have been a PCA member for 40 years and owned at least 20 of them...but spare me the B/S
They tested these things all over the place and couldn't get it right?
Also, they NEVER own up to their SCREW UP's (Many, and going way back)

Macan - sorry - I thought this was a Boxster forum. Either way I think there are options at purchase and aftermarket to change those out for various colors.

Maybe take the offending trim out and use Plasti Dip. I have used it on the emblems and the chrome (plastic) fog light rings. Might work for the interior trim as well.

@Bob Z may want to comment here. He is the go to person for interior parts painting and anti-reflection ideas. 🤙🏻

So I need to "FIX" the problem that PORSCHE in their INFINITE WISDOM screwed up ?
Or am I the only person that finds the reflections a problem?
I did buy a DASH MAT to cover the BEIGE dash that was also reflection in the windshield..

The reflections are a nuisance but I only noticed them after someone posted about them.

There are plenty of cars out there which have the same issue. My Expedition has it as well. But it’s not that big a deal, until someone points it out, and now you can’t ‘un-see’ it. Most surfaces reflect to some extent.
