Attached is a pictorial guide to removing the door panel (aka door card) on my 2021 Porsche 992 Turbo S. Should be the same on any 992. All comments welcome, as always. :)

If we have to unplug the battery before taking off the door panel?

I did not do that, and had no problems. I was worried about losing programming and/or needing to reset things. If Porsche recommends disconnecting the battery, or if there is some other good reason to do so, please let us know!

Good news... Tech at the dealer emailed me back and said u don't have to disconnect from the battery. Took of the panel in 10 mins ....thanks for the tips!

Curious why you are taking it off? There is a secret "campaign" to fix the speaker grill rattle, which they only tell you about if you complain....

They actually replaced the speaker last week but over the weekend the door rattles more.....they were too busy to take it in so I took it apart and taped everything I could down with gorilla tape..
.test drive was ok so far...we will see tomorrow.lol

If your still have any buzz or vibrations, try the Krytox stuff listed in the DIY pdf. It works miracles!

This is a great and helpful post! I'll need to see if my dealer can get Krytox because it is very tough to find online in the tube format.
