Door Panel Cable Clips - Models and PN help request

I added some models to the 3D Printing forum that I came up with when I couldn't find the part number for a slightly longer version of 92853741102, a grey cable clip for harness routing on the door card.

If anyone knows the correct part number for the longer, white cable clip that is similar to this guy, I'd appreciate the help:

Until then, I've ordered some parts based on my models that I hope will work.

Cheers

You piqued my interest with this post, mostly because I don't remember seeing this clip on the door cards for my S4. From some prior project pics, regluing the top trim on the card:

Or on the reference panel:

Are the clips for wiring in the door but not on the card? Looking at picture dates, my last serious foray into the doors was only 20 years ago now. Plus, I can't remember the last time my memory was good...

These clips are used on the other side of the door card than what's in your picture, they go through the vapor barrier. (ETA: Maybe a clearer way to say it is that they face the side of the door card that you show in your first picture) I'll take some time this weekend to document what I have on my driver's side door, which looks like it's undisturbed since assembly. I'm about to change that given that there's a need for window motor service but I'm really caught up in getting the right parts for reassembly.

Cheers

I also printed some in PLA last night as a test, in various orientations. The model with the sharp edged cones came out pretty well but, seeing it in real life, it prompted me to revise the model somewhat.

Here are the pictures of my test prints:

These were all printed at 0.16 layer height, with a 0.4 nozzle. Not too bad, I'm hoping the SLS items I ordered look even better.

Cheers

"I can't remember even half the stuff I've forgotten..." Tests to see who is actually listening sometimes. IIRC....

Seriously, as much as I like to think about how I used to manage multiple projects and issues rather effortlessly, these days I'm finding that keeping just one project on track is a bigger and bigger challenge as I age. Plans, lists, notes and reminders are essential these days.

Today I found enough focus to clean and seal a couple wheels. I'm fading too fast. Good thing the car is kept in ready-to-tour condition, all from a detailed PM schedule. Absent that, everything would fall apart.
