Need to put the 911 Turbo S badge back on after PPF, but waiting on the right double-stick tape...
Sunroof without the glass top, since I preferred this look.
Well, thank you Tom... I am often asked this question... the answer it that I loved every single one of them during its period of production... but over the years, I learnt that the new one is unavoidably better, faster, safer, and even better looking. So right now, the 992 Turbo S is easily the best 911 ever (I am speaking of production cars, not of the limited, numbered series which in my view are ridiculously over priced, and aimed at investors or collectors, a group I do not belong to). So, 992 TTS on the first step of the podium.Tom wrote: Sat Jul 17, 2021 10:08 am That's quite a CV! Welcome to carpokes, and please help spread the word. Since I have a 992TTS, I'm trying to attract more of that crowd to compare notes with.![]()
I know the 911 gets better with every iteration, but were any of them truly better than #1 on your list?
I took this last week because I loved the way the afternoon sun was creating shadows on the body. Picture doesn't really do it justice, but it looked very cool in person.
It does!

A couple of 'sister' pics to go with your '22 TTS.![]()
The morning light in the carport (and possibly the camera too) helped to create an odd shade of the Carmine Red.

This is a more accurate rendition to what it looks like and what my eyes see.
