Does anyone know where the 3 felt pieces (sealing strips 911-564-409-00 and 911-564-409-01) go in the sunroof assembly? The parts catalog and the service manuals do not definitively show where they go. My car is a 1988 911.

I have not had good luck with Stoddard and won't deal with them anymore. I purchased from Pelican so don't think it's fair to ask someone else to diagnose something for me. I may call Pelican though, thanks for the idea.

The way this looks to me these pieces go to the frame that's mounted to the roof skin. Item 35 and 36 in the image. Not something that would to be replaced. However, I might be wrong.
