Audi/VW help?

Hey All - since this is an "off [Porsche] Topic" section, I'm hoping someone might have some insight on an issue with one of my other cars. More specifically it's the car my 17 year old son drives.
2013 Audi A5 (B8.5)
2.0 TFSI Flex Fuel (Has the aluminum IM)
120K miles
I replaced the timing chain, water pump, etc about 2 years/20k miles ago and the car has ran great (albeit some oil consumption) for the past 2 years. Recently, it's throwing a code for leak in intake system as well as a lean code. I did the "pull the oil fill cap" test and it definitely has excessive vacuum in the crank case. I replaced the oil separator/pcv with a genuine Audi (Hengst) one as well as the breather line. No change. ChatGPT is telling me it's something with the cam cover, but the cam cover has a hole that the oil separator covers - there doesn't seem to be any other port that would have to do with vacuum.
I looked underneath and don't see any sort of RMS leak, but I should probably try a smoke test to verify.
My question - is there anything else that could be leaking (brake booster line, etc) that could cause the excessive crank case vacuum at idle?
