The Lindsey racing wastegate removal instructions are very good, but I found this past weekend that they lead you a little astray on installation.
https://www.lindseyracing.com/mm5/merch ... =WASTEGATE

From LR:
"Step 5
Raise the wastegate back up into position. Rotate as necessary to get into place.
Replace the 4 bolts connecting the wastegate to the outlet pipe first. (RED)
Replace the 2 13mm bolts holding the wastegate mounting bracket to the driveshaft tube bracket. (out of sight)

What I found is that putting the 4 bolts in 1st slightly misaligned the upper bracket holes that the 2 x 13mm bolts go into. 1st I tried loosening the 4 bolts, but still not enough space move the bracket to a place where I could thread until I just removed them completely. So - basically start with the 2x13mm bolts.
I also loosened the 13MM bolt that connects the exhaust flange to the torque tube in the same area for additional wiggle space.

Given how far up those 2x13mm bolts are above the exhaust and tight spaces, there was no possible way for me to thread them by hand.

Instead, I used a pretty strong 26" flex magnet with the bolt on the end and was able to manuever it around the exhaust brackets behind the wastegate so that it was pretty straight and rotate it to get both bolts started (with some guidance from my spare hand to make sure the bolt angle was correct).

After that, I snugged up all other bolts (4 connecting the wastegate to the outlet pipe, 3 x wastegate inlet pipe to the crossover pipe, 2 on the bracket and the exhaust flange to torque tube. And then torque them all down.

Just thought I'd pass that along and write it down somewhere for the next time!
