Hatch pins seats to stop the hear hatch rattling. This is for TPU only as hard materials won't fit with the dimensions in the file. Just shove them in starting on one side and working your way around - helps if an assistant keeps the latch open using the key. With some light grease on the hatch pins they don't squeak.
Material: TPU
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Walls: 5 (or enough to make it solid)
Wall print order: Inner/Outer
Supports: None
Brim: None
It's worth realigning the latches after fitting these. Here's how I did it:
1. Unclip and pull back the carpet to access the hatch latches
2. Loosen the 2 bolts per latch so they can move around
3. Close the hatch, then crawl into the back of the car to get to the underside of the latches
4. Have a helper lean on the front edge of the spoiler so the hatch pins are pushing into the seats
5. Snug up the 2 bolts per latch (but not too much)
6. Get out, open the boot and check the latches are still closing to the latched position using the key. If the bolts are even a tiny bit too tight they won't lock over the hatch pin.
