What does this mean
When these units stop working are they done permanently or will they work occasionally?
Instead of throwing the unit in the trash I decided to try the ash tray receptacle and low and behold it worked.
Went back to the trunk and plug in to the receptacle and she functioning just fine.

Good to know. Maybe it acted like a reset in some unknown way.
I have the Ctek branded model dedicated for Lithium batteries only that I use in the TTS rather than the Porsche branded multi battery type version. My Ctek is still fine after 3+ years of continuous use and I have always used the pass foot-well receptacle with no issues. Works like a charm.
