Fairly sombre outlook for the company right now. Interestingly they have rejected a domestic manufacturing option as too expensive.

I read in WSJ today that Porsche expects to completely exit the EV market in China within three years. Of course, all of this could change - it's quite fluid. (Understatement!)
I just received a PTS 911 allocation for the 2nd time in three months - the first got yanked from under me.
Talk about venturing into the unknown ordering a car under the tariff cloud. I have no idea where I will end up. I can refuse the car if the tariff issue has not been resolved by the time the car hits our shores. However, that would be horrible. I've waited a long, long time for a PTS slot for a Porsche. Bad timing. Lol.

Hopefully there will be further relaxation of the tariff issue. I have never done a PTS but I have an idea in my mind about one. Depends on how the pricing and the economy develop in the next year or two.

What color do you have in mind? I'm determined to hold out for PTS next time, subject to all the same caveats, but I'm not sure I've found a color I like better than Guards and/or Carmine red...

Early days yet in my musings but it would be a Gen 2 RS ( whenever they show) - my fifth.
More of a special wishes car .which would of course head for the Nürburgring and Spa like the previous four:)
If it happens I will share the spec .

As for PTS I am in early days yet on a car that has not yet been announced:)...however, I liked the retro version on the 992 which was not available in Canada, and am inclined to use it as a base with an extreme spec. We will see:)......
You can see it here compared to my spec on the 992:

They do which is one reason I love the Carmine Red Turbo S but I also like a variety of colors. That's why I think the dark green VBRG PTS will be special.
