Practice 1 and 2 at Albert Park road course in Melbourne, Australia has been really enlightening with so many new drivers and some possible surprises coming this year. Obviously too early to tell but the runs by Isack Hadjar on the Racing Bulls Team show him often near the top, and both he and Tsunoda seem to be laying down times quicker than Liam Lawson. There are other surprises with Hamilton, so far, not quite keeping up with LeClerc, but the practices have been fun as there are plenty of surprises likely due for 2025. Sainz has run quick in the Williams at times, and I for one would love to see him challenging Lewis and LeClerc this year. Though I only watched the 1st and 2nd practices , Verstappen does not appear super dominant as usual, but this is just the warm up period, so one will have to wait till Saturday to enjoy the first F1 Fireworks of the 75 Anniversary year! Right now it is early, but it sure looks like it could be a phenomenal celebration this monumental year of the Worlds fastest racing venue!

Watching it as we speak…watching F2 guys qualifying. Can’t wait for later this weekend. I’m rooting for Hamilton to get his 8th championship. I predict it will be a Ferrari and McClaren fight this year. As far as new drivers I think Liam Lawson will spark Red Bull but I don’t see their car setup finalized yet. I see Williams moving up into top 5 teams this year with Sianz breathing new life into the team. Their cars looked awesome on P1 and P2 sessions.
Can’t wait to the Las Vegas race later this year in person as I’ve put a a deposit down through F1 Experience.

Well, Sam, it appears we have some similar thoughts on F1. Since we both currently own 4 Liter Crocs, we have each owned S2000s, now or in the past, have each raced Miatas, and both are obviously brilliant observers of life , it should be no surprise to anyone, ha!
Post some pics when you get your GTS on the track , I won't have a chance to careen around on any concrete till April in the chilly Midwest.
