I'm trying to attach my radiator fan shroud to the radiator in whichever OEM way it is supposed to be done. When I took mine off, it was a mix of random parts so I'm trying to figure out which of these is correct. The online assembly manual doesn't show any clips, it shows the bolts going directly to the radiator but you can see here that's not possible.

So this is the mounting point I'm supposed to bolt into:

What I found over those mounting points is these speed clips:

However, in some of the holes I found this weird one:

I did buy the OEM bolts from my local Porsche dealership and these do fit in the larger clips but they absolutely do not fit into the smaller clips:
So I'm trying to find out how these are supposed to attach to the fan shroud using these OEM bolts. The bolts don't seem long enough to grab the back side of these speed clips and don't even fit at all into some of the clips. What else do I need to buy here?

Does it fit and grab the one that is shown on the radiator? I'm guessing, but since it is not in the PET, it seems likely that the correct ones are supplied with a new radiator. If so, you will have to get them from a salvage yard.

That ODD ball one looks like an aftermarket Mechanic hack, I believe those bolts are SUPPOSED to be that short so they don’t puncture the radiator….

In wayback times those were called "tinnerman nuts', IIRC. I've found them at the local parts stores in various sizes and finishes. You can find them generic on Amazon too. 'murikan cars and trucks have had them for decades now, especially for holding plastic trim pieces to metal body supports. As much as the UAW loved them for ease of assembly and alignment adjustment, I often end up replacing them with NutSerts where originality isn't as critical. Getting the tightening torque 'just right' on the stamped tinnerman nuts is a trick. They need to be just tight enough to pull and squeeze the tangs, keep the part from falling off, but not enough to actually distort them.

The barrel nuts on the general page are set up for machine screws so that won't help you but some of the numbered sized (#8, #10, etc.) should allow for use of metric OEM screws, like what you show in your picture.

ETA: I had to re-read your post a little bit and perhaps I misunderstood. I think that 2nd link should provide an attachment surface close enough to the back of the mounting flange for your screw to work but if not, then perhaps you could flip the speed clip around. It would be janky, for sure, but I don't think that there's a ton of pressure/tension on that connection.

Just to build on what others have said, it does appear the clips and screws come with the radiator, so the 'probably' don't have their own part number. I'm sure you could use hardware store/McMaster speed nuts though -- might just take a little trial and error. McMaster has a cool feature where you can download CAD models of their parts, which might help you zero in on just the right version. That feature has saved me from the old days of ordering 3 or 4 things, hoping one will work.

From PET for the 928, on the cooling pages (illustration 105-06, 87-91), Porsche does call out a speed nut, part number N 900 488 01.

Knowing that, I looked up "speed nut" on the 89-91 PET pdf I have and there are a bunch of results. On the oil cooler, the first instance points to this PN: 999 591 489 02

Anyway, there are a bunch of options in PET which you might be able to look up to see what makes sense. Sorry I can't be more specific but hopefully that helps you search and find what you need.

ETA: Not every entry in PET will list a size but, like for PN 477 955 461, there is information that indicates that is for an M6.4 screw. If you can measure the mounting bolts you got from the dealership, that might also help to narrow down the right choice.
