We recently bought a 2020 Macan S. It has 30K miles on it. It has the tungsten brakes with carbide coating. It is my understanding that these are supposed to produce less brake dust. However, on ours it appears to be quite the opposite. I am having to clean the wheels at least once a week. It produces significantly more brake dust in one day of commuting in Boston than one day on the track with my 911S with OEM brakes. Does not seem right. Could it be that the previous owner replaced the pads with just regular pads? Which would also seem odd as these brakes should last a lot longer. And it does not look like it has been tracked. I am puzzled…

Addendum - The brakes also feels "soft" and do not instill confidence with hard breaking at high speed. Idk, maybe they are glazed, LOL. May just have to replace the pads with ones that I know what they are.
