Here is a protective cover that screws onto the working end of an Oxygen sensor to protect it when working on the car with the sensor removed. I had to snake a sensor down past a slightly oily engine today and didn't want to contaminate the head of the sensor. I used to put the sensor in a baggie to protect it in situations like this, but this little cover is a much nicer solution. Designed so that it can be printed without support, small end down. You need fairly small layers to get good thread, but even bad threads will hang on good enough for this purpose.
