Washington Post today:

Quote
"On Tuesday, the Port of Baltimore said that vessel traffic would be suspended in and out of the port until further notice, but trucks would still be processed in its terminals."

"Baltimore’s the top port in the nation for automobile shipments, having imported and exported more than 750,000 vehicles in 2022, according to the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, an industry group"

No idea if Porsches come in there but certainly it is the major location for VW and Mercedes.

Yes, Porsches do often unload there. Sparrows Point is one spot they dock in Baltimore (for the Amethyst Ace, anyway back in early Feb that had our Cayenne on it).

The area appears to be a long inlet into Baltimore so not sure where the bridge is in relation to Sparrows Point. (I haven't looked on a map yet.)

There are a number of places where ships unload in the Baltimore area so it's possible that there are some spots seaward of the collapsed bridge. (Just a guess - I haven't researched.)

Just a quick look at a map, the VW complex at Sparrows Point is just before the bridge going into the port. Should be okay to use unless ship traffic is further restricted for any reason.
