Howdy all,
I've been wanting to add a front splitter to my 951 for a while now.
Really looking for a mild splitter like the picture attached. Does anyone have experience FSH out of Germany?

Front Splitters anyone?
I have never personally dealt wirh FHS. My front splitter is similar to the one you posted but was from a company called Advanced Composites. I dont think he makes them anymore but i believe someone bought his molds. I have used this same lip on a couple previous cars and added a carbon fiber diffuser. Here are some pics of my old red car and current grey car for reference.

I bought mine from Ideal Composites back in the summer of 2022: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100066455663199
I believe he's located in the Houston area or somewhere Texas. I'm not sure if he's still making them but it can't hurt to reach out and see.

There was a guy called Joe Toth who made some nice looking splitters. I had one on my car back in 2012. I'm not entirely sure if he's still doing them. For some reason I think Tony G might have bought the molds...but my brain is pretty poor these days so that could be totally wrong. I also think AIR did a splitter too.
In terms of aero efficiency these aren't going to do much. There's a slim possibly that they're even detrimental. But for street cars it's not going to matter much unless you're going well over 100mph / 160kph imho. (Very different for track cars) Now if someone made a splitter with diffusers underneath...that would be a good thing. Really wouldn't be that difficult to customise one of these thusly. To clarify why I say that. Back in 2013 when we released the first seriously wide bodied iteration of my car, we made our own splitter with twin canards. It was quite a big sheet of flat ply that protruded well past any of the ones featured in this thread. We had twin canards or dive planes either side. In our naivete we assumed this would make significant downforce. Yet when we measured squat / lift via suspension pots we were seeing front end lift at high speeds! Clearly the rear twin element wing was creating a lot of downforce but when we changed the splitter to one that was designed by a professional we redressed the aero balance.

You could say the same about a standard 944 turbo under tray, I'm never going to drive over 150 without one fitted again though.
Yes, that's very true from what I've heard. I never got near those speeds on the street in my old car. But I believe a stock turbo could hit over 160mph but would get scarily light in the front without the undertray. Probably even with it in place at a guess. As mentioned, I don't think it would be too difficult to make a splitter with some functional diffusers in it that would be appropriate for a street car.
I'd have thought Porsche did plenty of flat out testing of the 944 aerodynamics, before they put it into production. I expect some benefit came with the later bridge type spoiler and small lip underneath it too.
I have FSH front bumper, rear euro style bumper and 968 TRS style wing. I bough it all about 7 or 8 years ago, he was great to deal with. Everything fit well, the wing was a little goofy to assemble. The bumper has an integrated splitter that goes back to just ahead of the subframe.
