Feal coilover failure

Currently having a problem with a failed Feal coilover unit with a 9,000 mile and 2+ year duity cycle on the right front. The upper poprtion of the unit broke off ! Manufactureer pits forth a measly 1 year warranty. Rebuild of the shock uniy will 2-3 weeks ad entail a cost of $ 250 plus shipping. Am contemplating replacement of both front units. That will be @ 450 plus shipping and a very long wait ! Also entertaining replacement of both fronts with components from another source. Please, any body out there with a similar experience ! Want to get my car back on the road !
