Great model and I just love that strap line

“Different from every other Porsche and therefore just like every other Porsche”

brilliant 🤩

Nice - I want to do the same but can't find a model of my car.

It would be nice if Porsche offered you in the configurator to get a replica of your spec in a model car.

I would gladly pay good $ for that.

I found someone that does this in the US but I would rather buy it directly from Porsche.

If you are looking for scale models in 1:18 scale, then I prefer High quality Durango models but it looks like you have been getting them from the Porsche Museum which is best. Warning not to open the case because good quality scale models are very easy to break.
Basically theses all of the 911s I have owned ( except the 901, though I did have a clapped out 911S decades ago when it was worthless). However, the rest have equivalent real cars. Agreed there are big differences in quality. However, to get a model of the real car in the same paint finish sometimes means you have to take what you can get. My 991RS ls Lava but the model is white though I have a superb 1:12 in lava at least.

Sure the best picture would be to get the 992 gt3 model on the spoiler but have a 1/ 83 scale on the spoiler of the 1/18 and put a blob on the spoiler of the tiny model to represent infinite times smaller but that has no meaning

Well, the other option is to go big like the Lego kit on my 991RS:).............
