What All Should I Replace? 88' 924S

I recently purchased a 1988 924S that had been sitting for multiple years, what all should be replaced besides the timing belt, rollers, water pump, and the plugs? (The starter died as well so that is being replaced).

Most important thing is fuel lines under the hood. The get old and leak on the exhaust and start fires. Then check basic controls/safety items: brakes, steering, tires, etc. Basic deferred maintenance would include the belt/rollers for sure, but also cap, rotor, wires, oil, fluids, air filter, etc.

Welcome! Don’t forget the coolant hoses (including the heater hoses), brake and clutch hoses and fluid. Might want to consider resealing the power steering pump and reservoir. I just completed a bunch of this work on my 86 944 turbo. My first Porsche was a 88 924S with the club sport option. I loved that car. Wish I still had it.

That's the car I have, I love the red interior. Sad part is, I don't have clutch lines to replace, I'm stuck with the 3 speed auto
and the infamous torque tube damper is shot.
