997 GT3 Cup

Two friends of mine and I with extensive track and Porsche experience have the chance to buy a 997.1 GT3 Cup car. It's a modified 4 liter, extended rear, ABS, and a bunch of high-end modifications. Does anyone have experience with the adventure of buying it, racing it, maintaining it, and eventually selling it? We'd like to set this up as an LLC for liability and tax purposes - has anyone ever done this? We are in the NorthEast of Florida. Any advice for a good race shop for maintenance?
