Door panel arm rest alignment issue?

Anyone else have this same issue with their door panel arm rests? I went back together as carefully as I could, making sure everything was as aligned as it was supposed to be...

Any luck? I had to hog out the holes in the lower carpeted-speaker part to buy a little more room to adjust…

Actually yes. In my rush to get things back together to test the sound system, I realized that I hadn't actually hooked the door card onto the door at the top of the door pull. Turns out if you don't hook that onto the interior door structure it bulges the entire door card in the middle...
