I'm tired of looking at the center console's rubberized, scratched surface. Can anyone here recommend a supplier of carbon fiber replacement parts with whom you've had good experience? Pictures? Mat finish or shiny?

Consider looking at MACarbon. I have zero experience with this company however I know this business has been brought up when the same question was asked on another forum. Also consider DC Automotive or LA Dismantler.
