I think I might change my job description from engine builder to plumber….lots of hoses and still not done yet

polished for much better flow! I polished that manifold in 1998...its made 500 -600 crank HP on several different engines (the interior is dead stock). I run it with 4 channel egt and they are all a really good match. Seems like Porsche knew what they were doing!

Huh, and just the other day I was thinking I'd never seen anyone else use AN plumbing for wastegate control...And to think I'd also just come around to *not* polishing everything 🫠

I feel like you deserve a title in there somewhere for that harness, too! It's kinda like plumbing...

Yeah, not really polished for the 'bling' factor- its really for ease of cleaning. The cast aluminum parts are a pain to keep good looking, polished parts are a breeze to clean. race cars have a ton of upkeep between events, ease of cleaning is a big plus
