My 2023 911 Turbo is in Jacksonville, FL

My Porsche finally got to Port in Jacksonville. It took 6 weeks after Porsche finished it. I guess it will take another week to get to the dealer.
I want to fully inspect the paint before doing the final paperwork. I've heard that two cars came into Jacksonville Porsche with exterior paint issues. I am sure something happened between Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen and the dealer (a shipping issue). Heck, it's 25 miles from the Port and this dealer.
Good news.

How nice and exciting! My crystal ball says "No Paint Issues" on your new Turbo.
Post pics when it's officially in your hands.

My approach is ignoring the fact that my car is coming. It may not work as any new Porsche car is rare.
They already know that this is my 3rd new Porsche 911 that I bought new. I suspect that the future demand may change in the future so they will need steady customers.
They know my trade is an one-owner car purchased from them with only 7500 miles. I'll report back here as the money hits my bank account. It's a title-to-title possible deal with some cash from me. It's $193K with a low mileage 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera in a trade. I'll post it here.
I say $90K to me? JMO. Am I too high or too low? [no taxes or normal fees included]

He's referring to trade difference (what he's paying after trade-in allowance before taxes, etc).
Zero ADM I think. (As it often is for steady, long-term customers.)

I'd think that you might get more for your trade than $103k. Maybe $110? Higher? There may be a buyer in the wings.

No, no. I am saying a 2020 Porsche Carrera 3.0L +$90K for a 2023 Porsche Turbo (big twin turbo's with stronger parts and the dry sump 3.8L L/229 engine). The Turbo is 572 HP with 553 Torque at 2250 Rpm. The 2020 Porsche 911 was no slow car at 379 HP with my sticker at $105,910.
My dealer does not allow any ADM and never has. Porsche N.A. (based here) does encourage this pricing.
I am going in the closing settlement with two balls on fire. I have the money that they need to stay in business. I can wait if they offer me a poor deal.
That said, Porsche makes a lot more money on their SUV's. The trucks out-sell the 911 cars. Porsche sells trucks since the Porsche 911 is a world-famous marque that all other manufacturers wish that they own.
