Had the chance to catch up with @nick_968 whilst in the UK who has done a brilliant job smoothening out a few rough edges on his 3L 8V which now runs brilliantly. Quite a task when the short gearing of the 968 gearbox and the limited top end of the 8V head make for a narrow window of turbo choices... With a car that now feels like a factory tune, we can only bowe to you, Sir.

Great to see you again Thom and very pleased you got to experience the latest incarnation of this 8v journey! You, Tom M, Patrick and many others have contributed to the 3.0 turbo knowledge pool over the years and the shared learning and R&D has allowed us to build some great motors 16v awaits!!

I'll be in Italy for a wedding in the fall. Pretty tight schedule, but will see if there's any way to sneak away...
