I've seen the first link, unfortunately I don't think either really answer the question about how they mount. If there were pictures in the first post they are not showing up for me, just the filename.gif text.
Reading between the lines about these 'sticking' to ppf, I'm guessing they stick on until someone answers the question saying otherwise.

Yes, they stick on. Comes with a information sheet, very straight forward.BreezyGTS wrote: Wed Apr 24, 2024 9:02 am I've seen the first link, unfortunately I don't think either really answer the question about how they mount. They hold incredibly well - the 3M dbl sided tape is quite strong. (I've used it for a number of years on other projects - it's great tape.) And Tom's mounts are awesome.BreezyGTS wrote: Wed Apr 24, 2024 9:02 am I've seen the first link, unfortunately I don't think either really answer the question about how they mount. By the way, it would be far better to attach them to the clearcoat rather than PPF. Personally, I would never mount them on PPF.

Thanks for those links. It's honestly a constant evolution. Since making the first set for my own car in 2018, I've been working improve their appearance, keep the costs down, and make them more efficient to produce. While even those first sets in 2017 are still going strong and work just as well as today's version, they keep getting better. Here's a comparison of the very first set in 2017 (for the 991) vs what we are selling now for the 718.P_Coastal wrote: Wed Apr 24, 2024 6:48 amWelcome to Carpokes, important posts in the thread:BreezyGTS wrote: Wed Apr 24, 2024 6:14 am Hey, new here from the 718 forum. So, these stick on the bumper? Are the installation instructions posted somewhere? TIA.

These look amazing. I was panicing after immediately stripping the screw holes on the bumper of my new-to-me '22 718 GT4 trying to get the my freshly issued plate on. I sent an email to admin@ - hopefully some of these are left.

You'll love 'em! I have them on a 911, a 718 GTS and on my GT4. (The plates come off a lot for track days).wsb wrote: Wed Jun 12, 2024 1:25 pm These look amazing.
