Hi Guys
Found this forum on Excellence magazine and joined in today.
Got the Porsche "virus" early in my life from a sexy silver 1967 912, followed by a 924 in the late 70' and by my present
1976 911S Wide-Body. Engine is now a 3.0L equipped with PMO carbs and a few other power goodies.
Fast beast .
More than 40 years of fun together (including track time) and counting !

First fell in love with Porsche cars in the early 80's when my older brother bought a Tangarine colored 1968 912. It was such a thrill to drive that car and put it through its paces when I was in High School
I was bummed when the engine caught on fire and he let the insurance company take it .... Still haven't forgiven him for that, lol
We ended up test-driving a 2005 Cayenne just by chance back in 2010 when we were looking to move on from my VW Passat TDI (another car I should not have parted with) as our family was growing. I still remember the solid feel of the door closing, the responsive throttle and the excellent handling for a SUV. Afterwards, no other car compared. My Mother in Law still drives that 2005 Cayenne (though it's seen better days now).

I spent a good number of years near your mid-MI area at one point in my life. (A2, Ypsi and Downriver before that.) Was back that way for a visit a couple of years ago. Made a day trip to Lansing for a specific errand.
Anyway, welcome to Carpokes! Glad you found the site and joined the group!
By the way, Carpokes is a picture-friendly site - no 3rd party photo hosting site necessary - and we like LOTS of pictures! Here is Tom's handy pic-posting guide in case you decide to post photos.

I have a 2016 911S Carrera Cabriolet. My car does not have a rear back-up camera incorporated into my onboard digital display control center (DDCC). It is feasible to retrofit a DDCC into my car? If so, what would be the cost? I am looking for a factory type product and have concerns about aftermarket systems.
