Heh, that's not me in the green. I went with chalk when I couldn't get PTS as an option.

And here it is on my 951 a few months later!whalenlg wrote: Mon Nov 14, 2022 8:05 pm I saw a new pts 911 at Marin Porsche last month that was in Azzuro thetys Metalic. Since my 951 is in the paint shop I decided I wanted that color instead of going back to the original 1986 sapphire (bluish silver but not far off the the azzuro thetys).
They gave me the Porsche pts ordering code but that didn’t show up anywhere in the usual paint codes since it’s only been in the pts list for about a year.
After one random google, it turns out that this is a standard lambo color they came out about 15 years ago with a BASF paint code, so my odds of actually getting it from a standard source are a lot higher. I haven’t confirmed it yet,
but the moral of the story - if you are respraying and want a pts color, you might find a pts color in another Volkswagen brands color history.
When necessary, I use the iMazing Converter for HEIC to JPG.
You can also change the settings on your iPhone to take/store pictures in the jpeg format: Go to Settings>Camera>Formats>Most Compatible (not High Efficiency). That's what I do after someone pointed it out here. I'm sure HEIC saves space and is great, but you can't use the format anywhere -- it is not supported by any popular browser, so if posted here (or any forum) without being converted first, they'd just show up as a broken image icon.Latitude48 wrote: Fri Apr 28, 2023 3:37 pmWhen necessary, I use the iMazing Converter for HEIC to JPG.
