I'm in Australia so the cost to buy and ship Powerflex bushes here is quite high, so I designed these and printed in 95A TPU. They're been on the car a few weeks and have tightened up the handling compared to the old worn, cracked rubber bushes.

I printed these on their ends with 5 walls an 85% fill with tree supports to support the top flange. They have a small amount of give. I've seen Reddit threads where people have printed these with all walls but I wanted to try with a bit of compliance to reduce road noise/buzz. So far so good but if you make these best keep an eye on them as I don't have any long term feedback yet..

The large inner bushes are split to make installation easier. When fitting in the car grease the inner surface and face the split to the front or the back since the force is mostly up & down. The cylindrical bushes for the end links need to be pressed in - bench vice worked for me.

I printed with 0.3mm layer height for some surface texture in the hope that the grease doesn't get squeezed out.

Edit: Added rear bush for 14mm swaybar.

Happy to produce models in other diameters if you let me know what you need.

Thanks Tom. Fantastic community and resources here that have been very helpful in my 944 ownership so far.

I've edited the first post to add the rear bush for a 14mm bar.
