Home profile...
Minimum charge...85%
Preferred Charging period......11:30PM to 6:00AM
Still charging past 85% on the overnight and reached 99% by morning.
The vehicle is new to us, so we only charged at home twice so far. BTW..Electrify America works great in our neghborhood.
New "pumps".
No help from the dealer on this. I think that I am just missing something in my setup.
Some guidance please.

You have to set a Profile AND a Timer to accomplish what you want.
Set Direct Charging OFF
My recommendations:
PROFILE
Location: Home
Minimum charge: 25%
Preferred charging period: 2330-0600
TIMER
Ready for departure: 0600
Repeat: every day
Charging: Target charge 85%
