I posted this info earlier today in the "New Porsche Prices Sky Rocket" topic started two days ago in The O.K. Corral but figured it was significant enough to have it's own topic. I guess this can serve as the beloved GT4's wake.
Sadly, the GT4 is done, probably for good regarding an ICE version, assuming Porsche doesn't fudge on the planned transition of current 718's to all-electric by 2025.
It's officially been discontinued for MY 2024 per The Drive which Porsche has since affirmed. I also received a text this morning from the dealer alerting me that it was gone.
"Porsche confirmed the news to The Drive on Thursday. Not only will the GT4 bow out for the 2024 model year but also the 718 T and Spyder models are going away too."

Sad indeed. You're right - it is a huge blow for the many who had been hoping for an allocation. I was even contemplating getting a second one just because of how much I like mine. (That was assuming that I wouldn't get a GT4-RS allocation.)audi4t wrote: Fri Mar 31, 2023 2:59 pm![]()

The GT4 is simply just a great car. I was not going to ever let mine go - today's news definitely cemented that.
Speaking of the RS, the base cost going up $12,900 is a big issue. That's steep.
I need to add some sadness -
I like yours better
