Not Sport Mode. Only PASM and ASS. You need the T-Design module to remember the Sport Chrono knob and Exhaust settings.Tom wrote: Fri Apr 14, 2023 3:50 pm That is awesome! Curious if it can remember the last mode too? In other words, if the car is turned off when in Sport Mode, can you make remember that for the next time you start it up?

Does T-Design have a single module that does both now? Last time I looked there were separate modules, one for console buttons and a different module for the steering column functions.718socal wrote: Fri Apr 14, 2023 4:46 pm Not Sport Mode. No they have one for each. The Center Console and the Sport Chrono knob. I bought those two and sold them after I got my PIWIS working.Arne2 wrote: Fri Apr 14, 2023 5:00 pmDoes T-Design have a single module that does both now? Summary:
Download the installer AIO package (Download Manager recommended)
Extract files to an SD card
Insert SD card into slot SD1, installer will run.
Can take up to 40 minutes with the ignition on, so having a battery charger connected is highly recommended.
Installer will update PCM firmware, enable wired CarPlay and Android Auto, and enable Navigation.
Navigation does require a GPS antenna. Some cars will have one, others won't. It appears that if your car came with Porsche Connect (as mine did), a GPS antenna is part of that. If you don't have an antenna, one can be added.
The Navigation maps will date from the build date of your car, so if your car is older than a year or two, you will want to update the maps as well, which is a separate operation.
Both the NAV and MAP buttons on the PCM will then work. You will not be able to show Nav or Maps in the right side of the gauge cluster, but all else is like factory. (Activating the cluster requires PIWIS or other coding, and a new data cable from the PCM to the cluster. Some early models—2017-18 in particular—do not have the connector port on the cluster for the data cable, so check that prior to buying the cable.)

T-Design (www.t-design9.com/) sells a Memory Module that remembers your button (or mode knob) settings. It mounts easily within the console and works like a charm.
