My bleeder sat since Covid and now will not hold pressure. I oiled where indicated but it still is dead. CHeap nough to buy another but if I can fix beats a trip to Walmart ($46)

Can you hear/feel where the air is escaping ? Maybe spray some soapy water on it to see leaks . Not much to a pump sprayer so should be an easy fix .

I did the old trick to oil the gaskets. It took a while for them to swell but works now. I did use the vacuum pump method the shade tree guy did and once I discovered the steps he forgot worked like a charm. Thanks for your reply.
