Here are STL files for ant-scratch backing plates for the current PCA badge and associated hardware. These need to be printed in TPU (rubbery plastic). See video for details. :)

Is there someone that would supply and sell the 3D printed backings?

If anyone is thinking of making these, I would certainly buy one.

I understand the 3d printing files are on this site? Like to get the files if I could. Trying to attach badge to 50th anniversary grill with horizontal slates.

Tom's post at the top of this topic (5 or so posts up this page) has links to the .stl files along with a video showing how they work. You should be able to download the files since you've made an initial post.

I don't think Tom is printing these. There may be others here have have done so and might furnish you with what you seek, but that's just a guess on my part. The .stl files and guidance are at the top of this topic - the first post. Maybe someone you know can print them for you?

@Tom

Meanwhile, welcome to Carpokes!

I have printed a couple for a few Carpokeans, but I don't print that rubbery plastic (TPU) very often. In fact, my only spool of that plastic is on loan to @JetFuelOnly, who does some pretty nice parts of his own. If he's interested, maybe he can make you one for lunch money... ?
